Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and Vibe Music Share Ltd., operator of Vibe Music Share (“Vibe”, “we”, or “the service”), and govern your use of the service. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and AI model disclosure. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The service and its preview status

Vibe provides a place to explore AI-generated music and, as features become available, create and share recordings. Features marked as planned, coming soon, or unavailable are not currently offered. Demo artist and listener profiles are fictional. We may change or suspend preview features for maintenance, security, technical limits, or misuse. No uptime, generation time, particular output, or permanent storage is promised.

2. Accounts

Use accurate account information and keep your Google or Microsoft account secure. Sign-in options are available only when enabled on the sign-in page. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, or use another person’s identity. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms; if you are a minor, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required by applicable law. The service is not directed to children under 13.

3. AI models and disclosure

Our current generation prototype and demo recordings use MiniMax-Music3. We may add other music generation models later and will identify them in our model disclosure. Music produced using these tools is AI-generated; do not describe it as an unaltered human performance or imply endorsement by a model provider or real artist.

You must comply with applicable model license and acceptable-use conditions when using generation features. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unsuitable, non-unique, or similar to third-party works. Review recordings and lyrics before publishing or using them commercially.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain whatever rights you already hold in the lyrics, prompts, and other content you submit. You must own that content or have the permissions needed for its use. When an upload or generation feature is enabled, you give us a non-exclusive permission to process, store, and reproduce that content only as needed to provide the requested feature, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Public display or sharing requires your choice to use a publishing or sharing feature.

We do not promise that AI outputs qualify for copyright protection, that you receive exclusive rights, or that any recording is cleared for commercial use. We do not grant rights in someone else’s lyrics, compositions, recordings, trademarks, voice, or likeness. Listening to or sharing a demo link does not grant a commercial license to that recording.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit copyrighted lyrics or recordings without authorization, impersonate people without permission, or misrepresent generated music as their work.
Do not create or distribute unlawful threats, targeted harassment, child sexual exploitation material, or content that incites violence or infringes another person’s rights.
Do not publish another person’s private information without authorization or use the service for fraud, malicious software, or deceptive activity.
Do not circumvent safeguards, rate limits, authentication, or restrictions; overload the generator; or access another user’s content.

We may review reported content and restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address misuse, rights complaints, safety, or legal requirements. Generation requests may be refused. A removal request should identify the content or URL, the concern, and a way to contact you.

6. Sharing and availability

Only publish material you are permitted to share. Public links can be forwarded, copied, or saved by others. Removing content from Vibe cannot recall copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere. Keep your own copies of important recordings; preview features are not a backup service.

7. Charges and third parties

No paid subscription or music purchase is offered in the current preview. If we introduce paid features, their price and payment terms will be shown before you agree to pay. Google, Microsoft, hosting providers, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Responsibility and changes

The preview is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a particular creative result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer or privacy law does not allow us to exclude. You are responsible for your content and how you use or distribute it.

We will post updated terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes affecting consent or use of personal information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
