VIBE MUSIC SHARE
Privacy Policy
Effective September 8, 2026
This policy explains how Vibe Music Share handles personal information. It describes the current preview and identifies where processing depends on a feature being enabled. Read it with our Terms & Conditions and AI model disclosure.
1. Information we handle
- Sign-in information. When you sign in through an enabled Google or Microsoft connection, the identity service supplies an account identifier and may supply your name, email address, and basic profile information. We use this to recognize your account and control access. We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password.
- Content you choose to submit. Enabled generation or publishing features may process your lyrics, musical directions, titles, generated recordings, and sharing choices. In the current studio preview, typing into the editor does not submit a generation request, and public generation is disabled.
- Technical information. Hosting and identity services process information such as IP addresses, request times, browser or device details, sign-in events, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Messages to us. If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to respond and handle the request.
2. Why we use information
We use information to provide sign-in and requested features, distinguish your account from others, deliver pages and recordings, handle support and rights requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not request access to your email inbox, contacts, cloud files, or calendars for ordinary sign-in.
3. AI models and local processing
The current prototype uses MiniMax-Music3 on an operator-controlled GPU computer. Local inference does not itself send lyrics or recordings to MiniMax’s hosted API. Public generation is not yet active. When it opens, submitted content may be processed by the website’s cloud services and the operator’s generation computer.
Other music generation models or hosted providers may be introduced later. Before a new provider receives user content, we will update the model disclosure and this policy as appropriate, explain the processing, and obtain additional consent where required. We do not currently use customer lyrics or recordings to train or fine-tune models.
4. Service providers and location
Microsoft Azure hosts this website, and Microsoft identity services support authentication. Google processes sign-in when its connection is enabled. IONOS provides the domain’s registration and DNS services. These providers operate under their own privacy terms and may process technical or account information in countries other than yours. The current Azure website is deployed in a US region; the External ID tenant was created in the United States data location. We do not promise that all processing stays in Canada.
Learn more from Microsoft’s Privacy Statement, Google’s Privacy Policy, and IONOS’s Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies and browser state
Authentication services use cookies or similar session mechanisms to keep you signed in and protect the login process. Blocking them may prevent sign-in. This website does not currently include advertising trackers or a separately configured visitor-analytics service. Identity-provider pages may use their own cookies. Editor text is held in the page’s memory; closing or reloading the page may discard it.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate requested features, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. If a public publishing feature is enabled and you choose to publish, the selected recording and its public information become available to listeners. Public content can be copied or downloaded by others. Fictional demo profiles are not customer account records.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legitimate security, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. Retention varies by data type and provider. The current preview does not provide a customer recording library or automatic content-deletion schedule. Account and sign-in records may remain with the identity provider until deleted under its processes. We will describe storage and deletion controls before enabling persistent customer recordings.
We use HTTPS and server-side access controls. Public visitors do not receive the private generation server key. No service can guarantee perfect security; avoid submitting confidential information or another person’s personal information in lyrics or prompts.
8. Your choices and requests
You can browse the demo collection without signing in, sign out, and manage connected-app permissions through your Google or Microsoft account. Revoking a connection stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete records already retained by Vibe or an identity provider. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where legally required. We will respond within applicable legal time limits.
Additional consent will be requested where required for materially different uses or disclosures. You can choose not to use an optional feature. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing features that require the information.
9. Children and policy changes
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or seek consent when required.
